Administrative & Executive Assistant Position

 


Background & Mission:

Healing With Trust Therapy, LLC was founded in 2020 by Tamara Leroy-London, a first generation Haitian American Psychotherapist. HTT is located in the greater Boston area, and services clients across the commonwealth of Massachusetts through their virtual platform.

 

The mission of Healing with Trust Therapy, LLC  is to build trusting relationships with our clients and facilitate mental healing, while specializing in culturally competent practices for clients of Caribbean descent and clients of Color. 

 

We are seeking a talented and well-trained culturally competent virtual assistant to join our growing virtual group practice. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, business administration, management or related field;

  • Able to work 15-20 scheduled hours a week, over 5 days a week;

  • Must be able to work in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts;

  • Able to understand and work in a culturally sensitive approach with diverse populations, and clients across the lifespan;

  • Must be willing to uphold the mission of the practice and high ethical standards.

 

Skills:

  • Able to speak, read, and write professionally in English, Bilingual fluency is a plus! 

  • Able to work independently and on a team with strong organizational skills;

  • Able to use Microsoft office, Google suite, internet, and other basic computer programs;

  • Has a understanding of mental health and related systems and policies;

 

Essential Functions & Duties:

  • Support clients seeking services through appropriate phone and email response and scheduling appointments;

  • Maintain client waitlists and other lists for client and business reasons;

  • Collect client payments through secure payment systems, coordinate payment plans as needed, and use other methods as needed to settle client bills.

  • Support with submitting insurance claims and resolving insurance payment issues;

  • Compile and submit invoices to outside agencies served, and process invoices billed to the business;

  • Communicate with staff to gather information, or communicate needs;

  • Coordinate scheduling of in house meetings and outside business related meetings;

  • Research information and compile resources as needed;

  • Market practice and services to outside organizations, complete flyers and social media posts to market services;

  • Organize electronic based folders to increase efficiency;

  • Support with staff onboarding and staff engagement activities;

  • Create and organize policies and protocols as guided by CEO;

  • Assist CEO/Clinical Director and complete other business related tasks as assigned.

 

Work Environment:

  • Please note this is a fully remote position. You are required to have a private workspace, secure computer/laptop with a working camera, and a secure internet connection to engage in virtual meetings, client phone calls, review clinical documentation. All client information must be kept strictly confidential. 

  • This is a part time position with potential to increase hours. 

 

Pay Range/Benefits:

  • $20 - $23 an hour based on experience

  • Accrued sick time

  • Paid holiday time 

  • Flexible Schedule

Clinician Position

The mission of Healing with Trust Therapy, LLC  is to build trusting relationships with our clients and facilitate mental healing, while specializing in culturally competent practices for clients of Caribbean descent and clients of Color. 

 

We are seeking talented and well-trained culturally competent mental health clinicians to join a growing virtual group practice. Clinicians are responsible to maintain the required caseload with focus on high-quality and evidence-based clinical practice, complete all required client data collection, and complete other assigned duties as needed.

 

Qualifications: 

  • A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in psychology, counseling, or social work; Clinical experience required.

  • Must have an active and unrestricted license in good standing and in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, such as LICSW/LMHC/LMFT 

  • Able to practice in an evidence based and culturally competent therapeutic style.

  • Experience with diverse populations, and clients across the lifespan. 

  • Must be willing to uphold the mission of the practice as well as ABSW and NASW code of ethics, and any additional licensing ethics board.

  • Able to work remotely and independently.

 

Language Skills:

  • Ability to write clinically relevant client records, reports, and professional business correspondence. Ability to maintain professional and appropriate conversations.  

  • Bilingual fluency is a plus! Haitian Creole, Cape Verdean Creole, Spanish speaking preferred. 

 

Essential Functions & Duties:

  • Maintain a minimum caseload of 10 clinical hours/client visits per week (part time) or 25-28 clients per week (full time). 

  • Conduct individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy with clients across the lifespan.

  • Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans and progress notes up to clinical standards. 

  • Complete clinical sessions through evidence based and culturally competent practices.

  • Complete collateral and case management as needed.

  • Attends weekly/monthly/quarterly supervision and staff meetings as scheduled.

  • Able to work remotely and independently.

  • Maintains professional standing.

Work Environment:

Pay/Salary Range:

  • Prelicensed

    • Part-Time: $40 - $55 per session

    • Full-Time: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

  • Fully Licensed

    • Part-Time: $55 - $80 per session

    • Full-Time: $85,000 - $95,000 per year
